Third Friday artist reception, April 21, 5 to 9 p.m After nearly a year away at residencies at the National Museum of Contemporary Art - Korea and
the Bemis Center for Contemporary Art, artist Heidi Hesse has returned to Phoenix with new work
and new insight into what it means to be an American. Supported by grants from the Arizona Commission on the Arts, City of Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture,
the National Museum of Contemporary Art Korea – Changdong National Art Studio, Bemis Center for
Contemporary Art, and from private support through the Ted Decker Catalyst Fund.
